Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Oraloglu: We started working on a high-speed train project between Istanbul and Ankara. Thanks to him, the passenger will cover the distance between the two cities in just 85 minutes. It will be a 533-kilometre (331-mile) long high-speed railway. It currently operates between Ankara and Halkali (in Istanbul). The flight time on it is about 4 hours 15 minutes. The train will pass through Gebze, Izmit, Arivier, Bilecik, Bozuyuk, Eskisehir, Polatlı and Sincan regions, respectively. Since the Istanbul-Ankara high-speed train does not stop at some stations, There may be differences in train arrival time.
