Is It OK To Ignore Services Bills in The Compounds In Turkey ?

The monthly fees in the residential compounds are the allowance for maintenance services and all other services available in the residential compound and are given by the management of the compound to workers who work day and night to provide all services to the residents within the compound.
And in case that the owner of the apartment within the residential compound does not pay these fees, he will inevitably be subject to a fine or even to reserve the apartment, according to the Turkish law.
This law is subject to criticism, as many residents complain that they do not use the facilities available within the compound, such as the swimming pool, Turkish bath, or others, and that these fees are considered as allowance for the availability of these services within the compound.
Thus, it is advised for those who do not use these facilities available within the residential compounds to buy an apartment in a normal building, so that the property owner does not have to pay monthly fees  on available services, but does not use them at all.
It should be noted that residential compounds require an average of 40 or 50 pounds for housing fees.
