Important Points To Check Before Signing The Lease Contract

• First, make sure of the real owner of the property
• Inclusion of all leased property in the contract, and if it is a workplace, it must be compatible with the ownership certificate.
• Verify with the real estate broker if the process was done through him
• In casre there is more than one owner of the property or the leased property, the signatures of all the owners must be included on the contract, and in the case of the presence of a real estate broker, the official authorization must include the signatures of all of them.
• The contract must include information in sufficient detail on: the amount of rent, the lease term, the percentage of the amount increase, the deposit, the intended purpose of the leased property and the physical condition of the property.
• The contract must also include the method of rent payment, especially if there is more than one owner of the property.
• In case the contract is signed for a long period, it is better to sign it at the notary and to put a note on the title deed of the leased property.
• Mention all types of furniture in the contract if the property is furnished
• The tenant has the right to terminate the contract one or two months before the end of the lease contract
