Iraqis Are The Most Real Estate Buyers in Turkey For June Month

According to the report of the Turkish Statistics Authority, which was issued on Monday, July 12, Iraqis have topped the list of foreigners who bought the most residential real estate in Turkey during the month of June.
According to the same report, Iraqis bought 773 homes.
The Iranians came in second place after the Iraqis with 684 houses , followed by the Iranians, the Russians, then the Afghans, then the Germans.
Totally, the number of residential properties that were sold to foreigners in Turkey reached 4748 houses, a rate of 185.3% compared to May.
Istanbul topped the provinces selling real estate in Turkey with 25,833 houses, followed by Ankara with 13,401 houses, while Izmir came in third place with 7,522 houses.
