According to the Civil Department, all categories can apply through the e-devlet application to obtain citizenship, except for the Syrian who holds temporary protection residency. These categories include:

• Marriage with a Turkish citizen

• Buying a property worth 250 thousand US dollars and a pledge not to sell it for 3 years
After fulfilling the conditions, the concerned person applies through the e-devlet application and fills in the required information with the ability to follow the file through the application, noting that each person can apply for the file only twice through the application.
