US Dollars VS Turkish Lira When Buying Property In Installment in Turkey

Recently the exchange rate of the Turkish lira has changed and the inflation increases at the end of each year, so that many real estate investors in Turkey wonder: Which is better when buying real estate in installments in Turkey, paying in Turkish lira or in US dollars?
Agreeing to pay the price of the property in Turkish lira is better than US dollars, because the exchange rate of the Turkish lira decreases. In other words, who pays the first installment in Turkish lira and completes the rest of the installments in Turkish lira, and a change in the value of the lira occurred, this will benefit the investor who owns the US dollar, as he will spend a smaller amount in US dollars to convert it to the required amount in Turkish lira, thus paying the price of the property in lira Turkish is better for foreign investors who own US dollars, of course, taking into account that the location of the property  in a good place and the choice of a trusted company so that the investor does not fall into the trap of fraud and fraud.
It should be noted that the appropriate time must be used to benefit from the change in the exchange rate of the Turkish lira for the benefit of the investor, in other words, the price of the property must be fixed when the exchange rate of the Turkish lira drops, and the appropriate time must be used to disburse the amount, so the investor will be profitable in any case.
On the other hand, when taking into account the change in the exchange rate of the Turkish lira, the investor must also take into account the possibility of an increase in the value of the Turkish lira, so the profit of real estate investment should not be built on the current exchange rate and wait until the exchange rate stabilizes.
