Purchasing a Property By a Noter Contract in Turkey .. Does It Grant You Citizenship?

Purchasing real estate in Turkey takes place in the Turkish title deed department, but there are other ways of concluding such as the notar contract.
Noter Contract: It is the contract that is made at the notary when buying a property under construction, that it does not belong to the Turkish Tapu department. The contract contains all the information included in the Tapu contract including information related to the buyer, the seller and all the specifications of the property to be purchased in detail, in addition to mentioning the condition not to Selling the property for a period of 3 years if the buyer wants to obtain Turkish citizenship after purchasing the property.
Is the Noter contract a deed of full ownership of the property?
In fact, the Turkish government does not consider the contract concluded with the notary as a deed of full ownership of the property, as the seller can conclude several sales contracts at the notary without the saling it . Therefore, the Noter contract is a preliminary contract until the issuance of the final title deed.
 The Noter contract costs a symbolic amount or not a large amount, as approximately 1% of the property value is paid in addition to additional fees such as a sworn translator, translation of the required documents into Turkish and finally the fees of some government companies.
Does the Noter contract guarantee Turkish citizenship to the investor?
Of course, it is possible to obtain Turkish citizenship through the noter contract if the price of the property is more than 250 thousand US dollars, but the condition here is to mention the condition of not selling the property for a period of 3 years within the contract with the aim of obtaining Turkish citizenship. If this condition is not mentioned, Turkish citizenship cannot be obtained even after the transfer of ownership in the Tapu.
