Busphorus Palaces Attract Wealthy Arabs
Recently real estates in Turkey have been widely invested by foreigners and especially Arabs.
Specifically, the acquisition of ancient and historical palaces overlooking the Bosphorus in Istanbul, which pulls foreign investors from the Middle East, especially the Arabian Gulf, despite the high prices. Over the Bosphorus, there are 600 palaces, including 366 historical mansions, 30 of which are historic mansions, with prices between $ 4.5 million and $ 95 million.
In addition to the 60 mansions, there are also about 40 luxury apartments, with prices between $ 1.7 million to $ 12 million.
